does not automatically refresh the Inbox in Firefox, only manually clicking the refresh button updates the Inbox. didn't have this issue in Firefox, unfortunately I can't go back to mayb adblock, but i don't have it installed, so it would be really nice if someone, maybe a dev at mozilla could check this issue. Checked out in firebug, seems like the poll requests are timing out or something.

(I mean if it is mozilla related, or ms related)Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems. t=12890 cor-el - Your suggestion led me to the problem and fix. Once I discovered this, I found this at their website and now all is well.

See "Creating a profile": *https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles * If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

t=12890 Read this answer in context I also have this problem.

If it works for somebody, please could you post a firebug net window, to see the difference, and maybe localize the source of the problem?

Outlook updated my contacts (in my contacts folder) with information from the Global Address Book. A change log is added to notes so you know what was changed. To change the setting in Outlook 2010 and up (if the Social Connector is enabled), go to the View ribbon, People Pane, Account Settings, Settings button and change the update option from Update without prompting to Prompt before update or Never update.

Note: the social Connector is deprecated and may be removed from a future version. In Outlook 2003 or 2007, the Account Settings dialog is accessed from Tools, Social Networking Account settings.

--Don't want to do that, but this freezing screen is annoying. Sometimes I can type for a few sentences before it decides to raise its frustrating head.
