Blackberry is not updating exchange appointments
If the calendar data that was added on your Android is not synced to the Exchange server, ensure that the calendar event was added to the proper calendar.To checked that do the following: If the following does not resolve the synchronization issue, remove and re-configure your exchange account on your Android device.A decade later, the Crack Berry community is as active and passionate as ever and I know our knowledgeable members and volunteers will be excited to welcome and assist more Black Berry owners with their questions.All the developer support forum content and knowledge base resources have moved to a new system as of April 1, 2017.Currently, we are trying to simply remove the profile (email account) from Outlook, restart, and reload Outlook. Hopefully this should reset the account as nothing else has worked.
I have one user that reports the Calendar on the blackberry device is not syncing with her desktop.
Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have yet to find a permanent fix. I have also used the MFCMAPI solution with the same result.
Even tried the basic function of just deleting anything familiar to the reminders from the Calendar and such, none of these worked.
Starting yesterday, for no good reason, users started complaining that when they enter a calendar item on their BB it doesn't sync with their Outlook. I have scoured the interwebs and read pages and pages of threads, posts and forums. Just to let everyone know, i have checked over and over again the settings of the BESAdmin user. We even made changes based on the video tutorials, but we are still in the same spot.
In order for calendar items made on the BB to sync with Outlook we had to add the BESAdmin user to the Domain Admins group.
